The Research Of State-owned Enterprise Technology Innovation Incentive Mechanism

With the development of economic globalization, the technological innovation theory, since proposed in 1992, has been valued increasingly by home and aboard enterprise and became effective prescription of enterprise developing economy. The research and practical activities of our country's technological innovation theory dated from 1980s.After experiencing Reform and opening up and joining WTO,in the construction of state-owned enterprise's modernization enterprise managerial system, how to accelerate technology innovation mechanism establishing and improve enterprise technology innovation capability have become the great strategy problem of cross-century economic development. Technology innovation incentive mechanism is a groping project of state-owned enterprise. This paper , by means of being acquainted with the basic theory of management,technology innovation,incentives, etc, will research the construction of state-owned enterprise's technology innovation incentive mechanism.Firstly this paper represents the research background,purpose and meaning of technology innovation, then summarizing technology innovation and incentive theory. According to analyzing the necessity and urgent of technology innovation to the development of state-owned enterprise , contrasting the current situation of home and aboard state-owned enterprise technology innovation, this paper finds out the deficiency of state-owned enterprise technology innovation incentive mechanism construction and puts forward state-owned enterprise technology innovation incentive mechanism which is based on"sanben"incentives, take staff participation as ligament, market guidance as goal.
