In the final analysis,the competition of the enterprise is the competition of talents.Therefore,it is one of the main methods to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise by attracting more and more efficient professionals and management talents,using the appropriate incentive mechanism to improve their employees' satisfaction and making them more active in their daily work.There are many problems in the management and management of the state-owned enterprises which play a mainstay of the economy in our country,especially in the aspects of employee motivation.There are many reasons for this dilemma,such as lower salary than psychological expectation,no passion in the work,no motivation,low degree of satisfaction and loyalty to enterprises,which have seriously hindered the development of state-owned enterprises,resulting in low economic benefits of state-owned enterprises and cause people to reflect on them.Enterprise development essential centripetal force,cohesion,the core is to motivate the employees to actively take the initiative to do,take the initiative to take responsibility,rather than passive,passive work,to stimulate the employees' sense of identity to the enterprise,and enhance the loyalty of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very important to establish a scientific,reasonable,fair and impartial employee incentive system,which will greatly improve the efficiency of human resource management and promote the development of the enterprise.This paper is based on this background to develop the research.First,it analyzes the research status of incentive theory and incentive mechanism at home and abroad,and summarizes the current incentive theory system and incentive mechanism.It further explains some basic concepts and incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises.Then it analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises.Then take J company as a case,introduce the basic incentive mechanism and operation mode of J company,and analyze the enterprise research data through the form of questionnaire survey,and focus on the problems existing in the present incentive mechanism of the enterprise,and use the two-factor theory to study the reasons of existing problems of the incentive mechanism of J company,which provides reference for improving the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai at present.Finally measures are put forward to improve the incentive mechanism of Shanghai state owned enterprises.
