Early Warning Indicator System Based On Supply Chain Management, Logistics And Enterprise Risk Research

In recent years, due to natural disasters, emergencies frequently, to the survival and development of logistics enterprises has brought a profound impact, attracted domestic and foreign industry, academia great concern. The logistics enterprise risk early-warning indicator system research is the core of the logistics enterprise risk early-warning and critical elements, in order to evaluate the risk of logistics enterprises provide standards and criteria.Paper on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the first study from the perspective of the supply chain management, enterprise risk causes of a balanced scorecard in accordance with the idea of risk factors, divided into four dimensions of early warning, based on the risk of early-warning indicator system for logistics companies design principles, respectively, from the financial, internal operations, customers and future development of early warning indicators for four dimensions of design. Then, according to the characteristics of the logistics enterprise risk, the use of fuzzy mathematics and the Combination of AHP Comprehensive Evaluation of the Fuzzy-AHP method to build early-warning integrated logistics enterprise risk assessment model and conduct empirical research and finally to draw conclusions and propose further research directions.Following is the main thesis of research results:(1) Paper analyzed and summarized at home and abroad on business risk early warning and logistics enterprise risk management-related research based on the combination of supply chain management theory, sort out and analyze the causes of the logistics enterprise risk, drawing on a balanced scorecard performance management in the logistics business in the application of the results, from the financial, internal operations, customers, future development of the four angles, etc. to build a logistics enterprise risk early-warning indicator system.(2) In this paper, the questionnaire design and application, but also on the representation of the various indicators of the extent of empirical research and analysis; according to the characteristics of the logistics enterprise risk, choose the Fuzzy-AHP approach to an integrated assessment of the logistics enterprise risk assessment, the establishment of the logistics enterprise risk early-warning Fuzzy-AHP model for integrated assessment.(3)Paper set Sino Cargo as an example for empirical research and chose the early-warning indicators of four dimensions for it.
