| Industrial cluster is an important phenomenon at now of the world's economy. Industrial cluster with the space saving effect of transaction costs,external economic effects and the effect of the learning and innovation of the Enterprises within the cluster more than the general regional economic. Today with the rapid technological progress and knowledge innovation and highly competitive global economy, industrial clusters plan an important role at the regional economic development. Enhancing the competitiveness of industrial clusters is also become the focus of the society attention.This paper selected Shengzhou which was a county regional economy as the subjects of tie industrial cluster, and study from the perspective of the competitiveness of tie industrial cluster. Domestic scholars who study from various angles on our industrial cluster development and competitiveness of the internal study, Shengzhou neckties for this paper, the development of industrial clusters, competitiveness as well as the responses provided a good theoretical basis and analysis of the guidance. In this paper, Ming-Jie Rui's new diamond model analysis of the impact of Shengzhou neckties competitiveness of industrial clusters in five factors and analysis of the competitive advantage of industrial clusters as well as the current problems still exist in Shengzhou neckties industrial cluster. At the same time, the paper puts forward some suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of industrial clusters which could provide reasonable,scientific decision making for enhancing the competitiveness to Zhejiang Province and the whole country for the relevant or similar industrial clusters. |
