Six sigma management , as the most advanced quality administration management method, is a kind of customer oriented, based on data and fact, improve process as the direction, with profits for the purpose, form a kind of enterprise management methods to pursue breakthroughs continuously. Although China's domestic enterprises have implemented six sigma strategic on a large scale for only four years, but has produced effective results in some enterprises. Some enterprises use six sigma approaches to solve the problem of technology and management which failed to resolve for long time. More important, behavioral norms of pursuit of perfect and excellence began to form a new enterprise culture, thus fundamentally changed the enterprise long-term competitiveness. But some enterprises failed to the successful implementation of this important management measures, these enterprises invested some resources, but did not receive the desired effect.This thesis process with the theoretical analysis and case analysis, through the analysis and research of achievements and series of problems in the course of Chinese manufacturing enterprises 6 sigma implementation, And with reference to experiences and lessons of domestic large enterprises 6 sigma implementation , trying to build the basic model of 6 sigma implementation for L enterprises. Firstly this paper expounds the basic theory of six sigma, six sigma philosophy, common index, organization structure, common tools and DMAIC process methods; Secondly, Again, through studying the achievements and failures experience of six sigma implementation situation in domestic and foreign enterprises . Combine with specific items which I attended in my work. Base on this, build a model of the domestic manufacturing enterprises implementing of six sigma from the implementation preparation, project selection, implementation course, and effect evaluation aspects; Finally, through analyzing the implementation of six sigma management in L enterprise, analyzed the failure reason of six sigma implementation in L enterprise. Further show how to implement six sigma management in L enterprises.
