This paper presents an assessing model of marketing personnel evaluation for Su-Ning Electricity Product Company. In order to collect the substantial data about marketing personnel's competence requirements, this paper investigates the person who is coming from the marketing department of small-sized enterprises through questionnaire and interview firstly. The collected data is analyzed by using of the quantitative method through SPSS 13.0 and Mathematic software, and is refined into several competence points that constitute the final model for marketing personnel. Finally, the author carries out a feedback examination to guarantee the applicability and validity of the model through practical assessing application.One of the main purposes of this study is trying to develop an assessing model based on the understanding of competency, which is treated as a convenient, helpful, low-cost and with good-availability model for HR management of MSEs (medium-and small-sized enterprises). Based on the empirical study of Su Ning Electricity Product Company, this paper shows that the developed assessing model of it can not only provide an approach for simplifying the HR management of marketing personnel with good reliability and validity, but also strengthen enterprises HR management combined with competency assessing form. With this study, the Enterprises especially Su Ning Electricity Product Company will improve its success rate of marketing personnel's recruitment and training with low cost. At the same time the given test of this paper also suggests that the person who wants to be one of Su Ning Electricity Product Marketing workers can get advice about their own career development according to the assessing results.The main achievement of this paper is the finding of Su Ning personnel's competence for assessment points Electricity Product marketing; the final achievement is the establishment of the predictive model or the assessing model. The innovative point of this paper is the marketing personnel assessing model for primary election. The assessing form makes the results easy understanding.
