Mobile communication market competition is gradually vigorous, for obtaining a good economic performance in the competition, all level mobile communication companies put forward higher request to the internal management. In the human resource management, they begin to pay attention to the person's factors how to influence the work efficiency, and want to adopt more reasonable measure to select a person.Now, China Mobile and some province companies have already built up employee competency models.
