Under the current new economic environment,companies are not only facing the competition of product,service innovation and marketing differentiation,but also a new challenge that if company team itself is competitive and creative.How to recruit a good staff which is match with the needs of company,it is becoming a another concern for companies.This thesis focuses on the "FJ marketing staff recruitment system optimization based on the competency model".As the low matching degree of the marketing staff in this company and the high wastage rate,order to improve the current situation,it is necessary to build FJ competency model of marketing staff and the optimization design of the recruitment system,.The competency model of the marketing staff and the optimization design of the recruitment system.Based on the research of competency model and it's application before,this thesis makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the actual situation of FJ company.Through the interview and induction,the FJ marketing team competency elements are extracted as product expertise,marketing Professional knowledge,enterprise spirit,initiative,self-confidence,affinity,learning ability,interpersonal relationship skills and communication and negotiation skills.Through building the competency model of FJ marketing team,and based on the actual situation of marketing team,this thesis puts forward a recruitment optimization solution based on job position analysis,recruitment process design,structured interview,non-leading group discussion and recruitment evaluation.The FJ company recruitment optimization based on the competency model,from the source to start,the talent selection to do a standard and matched-degree,improve the adaptability and creativity when staffs join to the team.The application of the recruitment system based on the competency model can effectively improve the efficiency of the company'srecruitment,save the cost and lay a solid foundation for the talent staff demands of the enterprise and realize the company's development strategy better.This thesis makes up for the lack of competency model for sales people in the consumer goods industry,and provides a reference and effective selection standard for the recruitment of sales people in the consumer goods industry.At the same time,FJ company based on the competency model of the recruitment system optimization research,also provides a direction reference for the enterprise recruitment.However,there are some shortcomings in the study,such as limited theoretical knowledge and few samples,and hope that this thesis will lead more people concern on the research in this field.
