With the development of the power market reform, power enterprises are facing the tough challenges on marketing. They should follow closely the reform of country power system and shift the focus from production to service. Marketing becomes fundamental to power enterprises with it. Its quality concerns the survival and development of the company. Production should subject to power marketing.This paper takes marketing services of Changzhou power supply company as the object of study, with the basic theory of the marketing services, analyses existent problems about marketing services, presents the advice and corresponding countermeasure to solve the problem of marketing services. It explores how the modern power supply marketing services carrying out CRM system that based on improving the level of informationization, developing the differential marketing by limited human and material resources, introducing the program management method that focus on customer to aim at all kinds of business, effectively improving the services and professional skills training of marketing personnel, offering high quality services and effectively mitigating the risks. It describs the experience and recognization in the progress of power supply marketing innovation.
