Study On Intensive Degree-Coordination Analysis And Promotion Strategy Of Tourist Land

In recent years,China's tourism industry has been booming with good momentum.Tourism land,as an indispensable objective for the survival and development of the tourism industry,shows a growing trend of “blow-out” demand,and its utilization status,benefits evaluation also directly influences whether China's tourism industry can develop quickly,healthily and in the long term.In the course of construction and development,the expansion of tourism activities and the expansion of the tourism industry due to excessively high levels of enthusiasm have led to a tendency of greed for foreign affairs and blind expansion,which has led to extensive use of tourism land,inefficient use,idleness and waste,and wastage of land resources.The phenomenon is more serious,The development and construction of tourism land in some cultural heritage sites and natural ecological zones has caused a certain degree of irreversible damage to the ecological environment in China.In 2015,the "Opinions on Supporting the Development of Land for Tourism Development Policy" was jointly issued with the aim of improving the degree of intensive tourism land use and optimizing the allocation of the tourism market resources.In the trend of mass tourism becoming more fashionable,the scenic spot has been continuously improved due to its advantageous conditions such as beautiful landscapes and pleasant environment.While increasing the level of intensive tourism land and protecting resources,it also faces the pressure of the overall adjustment of urban and rural areas and the dual spatial pressure.Therefore,through the entropy method and coupled-coordinated development model,using the theory of land remuneration,eco-economy,system coordination and other relevant theories,10 national scenic spots in Jiangxi Province were selected for analysis,And explore the extent of intensive tourism land use and the coordinated development of both economic benefits and the ecological environment.The research shows that the intensive land use of tourism in the 10 scenic areas is slightly different,and the overall level is maintained at a medium level,roughly between 0.4 and 0.8.Among them,the Sanqing Mountain Scenic Area has the highest intensive level,the comprehensive score reaches 0.799,and the lowest is Sanbai Mountain Scenic Area,with a comprehensive score of 0.404.The overall level of the coupling of tourist land is relatively high,with 0.896 and 0.831 in addition to Lushan and Sanbaishan scenic spots,are between 0.9 and 1.00 in other scenic spots.Although the coordination situation is different,the overall coordination degree is moderate,and they are all basically between 0.4 and 0.6.The best coordination degree is Sanqing Mountain Scenic Area(0.615)and the lowest is Sanbai Mountain Scenic Area(0.410).There are a total of three category levels,mainly concentrated in the basic coordination and transition types from the point of view of the degree of coupling coordination.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the evaluation results,combined with the practical overview of the intensive degree of tourism land use in national scenic spots in Jiangxi Province,the suggestions for promoting the degree of integration of tourism land in the scenic spots of Jiangxi Province are proposed.First,There are ways to Improve the Intensive Level of Tourism Land in Jiangxi Province in 4 Aspects.For example,it diversifies the potential of tourism land,superimposes tourism functions,comprehensively grasps the status quo of tourism land,scientifically formulates plans,comprehensively uses tourism land,improves the long-term mechanism for intensive land use,establishes a tourism land evaluation system,and improves the land replacement system.Second,four levels are to strengthen the coordinated development of tourism land in Jiangxi Province.For example,cultivate awareness of ecological environmental protection and sustainable use of tourism land resource,integrate ecological protection awareness into all aspects of tourism and develop ecotourism,strictly control the construction and development of tourism land and improve environmental protection facilities,establish a scientific organization and management system and establish a market-based ecological compensation mechanism.The ultimate goal is to achieve a high degree of intensive and highly coordinated tourism land use in tourist attractions,and an orderly and good cooperation between economic benefits and the ecological environment.This is the only way to achieve long-term sustainable development of tourism scenic spots.
