County Urban And Rural Areas Associated With The Development Of The Measurement And Evaluation

Urban and rural areas are the most basic units of the regional development, the interaction between which promote the social progress and prosperity, however, the exclusion and conflict between them has also caused practical problems that need to be solved urgently. As a regional relationship formatted between urban and rural long-term link, urban-rural relation has experienced initial correlated development and opposite development of the dual structure, and then the relation return to correlated development is an inevitable trend.Based on the related theories of urban-rural coordinated development, urban-rural integration, and urban-rural harmonious development and so on, evaluation index system of county urban-rural correlated development is constructed in the article by qualitative and quantitative methods, and then the urban-rural correlated development trend of the big Xi'an is analyzed and evaluated overall. What's more, the urban-rural correlated development of the big Xi'an is compared in different districts and different time, according to which strategies and recommendations about promoting the county urban-rural correlated development is proposed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Urban-rural correlated development is a process that the two subsystems of the region-urban and rural interact with each other, and develops into a harmonious state gradually. Urban-rural correlation is a comprehensive value used to measure the integrated development state. Urban-rural development in China has come to the stage of concerning rural areas and urban-rural coordinated development, and we should pay more attention to self-development in rural areas while strengthen the leading role of urban development.(2) Urban-rural correlation is influenced by the level of urban development, rural development and urban-rural coordinated development, therefore, a high degree of urban-rural coordination is on the premise that both urban and rural develops in high level. However, the urban development plays a decisive role in urban-rural correlation, and the level of urban development is a key factor that affecting the urban-rural integration of the region.(3) Urban-rural correlation of the big Xi'an shows the spatial distribution of center-periphery and spread trend from the center to edge, in addition to which there's large disparities between districts and counties. For the purpose of achieving coordinated development of the overall region, the gradual diffusion from city to periphery should be combined with jump diffusion.
