At present, Chinese white goods industry is in the dilemma of the increasing price in upstream raw material and the basically saturated market. Facing with the industry circumstance, the phenomenon of employees leave is really common, most of which belong to voluntary turnover. Staff turnover will undoubtedly result in loss of enterprises, therefore, voluntary turnover becomes a topic of concern to managers and researchers.The researches on voluntary departure of employees from the enterprise internal social capital perspective are all based on the high-tech industry, or knowledge workers in the past. In this paper, the research object is the general staff of traditional industries-Chinese white goods industry, in which the employees'voluntary turnover rate is high, and against the background of this reality, this paper engages in studying the relation between corporate internal social capital and the voluntary departure of the employees. By using a questionnaire to collect data, and Excel, SPSS software to do data reliability and validity testing, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper conducts an empirical analysis research the 115 valid sample data. The results showed that:at present, whole-house social capital of China's white goods industry is in the middle-upper level; there are significant differences in the level of social capital among different enterprises; significant differences exists in social capital for the different enterprises due to the personal characteristics, particularly in marital status and educational level; employees voluntary separation between the different enterprises tend to differ significantly; there is no significant difference in voluntary departure orientation by different individual characteristics of the employees; internal social capital of mutual trust, shared values, common codes of conduct, information sharing and network properties among employees tend to have a negative impact of voluntary resignation. That is, improving these aspects of social capital within the enterprise can reduce the tendency of employees' voluntarily leave orientation.
