Research On The Effect Of TMT Internal Social Capital On Social Enterprise Performance

In recent years,as an innovative way to solve social problems by using business models,social enterprises have developed rapidly in China.Promoting the sustainable development of social enterprises is of great significance in improving public services,expanding social employment and reducing social poverty.Due to the late start and immature development of social enterprises in China,academic research on social enterprises is less and mainly qualitative analysis,and theoretical research is relatively backward compared with practical development.Management team plays an important role in the decision-making of enterprises.Many studies have discussed the role of TMT internal social capital in business enterprise.How will TMT internal social capital affect the economic performance and social performance of social enterprises that has both economic and social objectives? Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the internal influence mechanism of TMT internal social capital on the performance of social enterprises,which will contribute to the better development of social enterprises.On the basis of relevant theories,this paper introduces TMT behavioral integration into the research,to explores how TMT internal social capital affects the economic performance and social performance of social enterprises,and the intermediary role of TMT behavioral integration.Review literatures and referring to the relevant research in commercial enterprises,constructs the theoretical model of the relationship between TMT internal social capital,TMT behavioral integration and performance of social enterprise,and put forward theoretical assumptions.Complete the questionnaire design with reference to the existing maturity scale,taking domestic social enterprises as the research object,data were obtained through questionnaire survey and analyzed by SPSS.This paper uses the methods of reliability test,validity test,common method deviation test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on,the following results are obtained: TMT internal social capital has a significant positive impact on the performance of social enterprises;TMT internal social capital has a significant positive impact on TMT behavioral integration;TMT behavioral integration has a significant positive impact on social enterprise performance;TMT behavioral integration partially mediates the effects of TMT internal social capital on social enterprise performance.This paper reveals the mechanism of TMT internal social capital on the performance of social enterprises,supplements and expands the theoretical research of social enterprise,and provides relevant management inspiration for the static construction,dynamic adjustment of social enterprise management team and the improvement of economic performance and social performance of social enterprises.
