| Russia trade strategy is one of the most economy strategy. The development and evolution of Russia trade strategy was based on the economy globalization and reflected their participation in economic globalization process.The paper summarized and divided Russia trade strategy in different periods, including free trade strategy in Yeltsin times, the diversification strategy in Putin times which contained energy export-oriented strategy, and the trade strategy focused on fostering innovative in Putin-Medvedev times. It analyzed the commodity trade policy and country-specific trade policy in various periods, and interpreted the foreign trade strategy playing the guiding role for Russia's foreign trade and economic development. According to analysis the development pattern of Russia's foreign trade strategy in the context of economic globalization, the paper researched the relationship between trade policy adjustment and the world economy development, then arrived at Russia's high-technology products export-oriented strategy trends. Due to the global financial crisis, Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation will enter the stage of upgrading and adjustment. So we should determine the areas of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation according to the Russian trade strategy trend and the world economy development. China and Russia should continue to carry out in-depth commodity trade, actively carry out trade in services, constantly deepen the Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation, investment cooperation and industrial cooperation. |
