Xinjiang To Develop Export-oriented Economic Research

We have learnt from the experience of our reform of recent 30 years that it's quite important to take use of the external market, attract funds and establish export-oriented industries. Co-ordinate internal and external resources and markets will be the inevitable requirement for China's economic development. As Xinjiang is the frontier of our western development program, it is important for both Xinjiang and China to enhance the development of export-oriented economy.In this paper, the thesis applies the research methods, according to the book of "national economics tutorial", of scientific theories thinking way, in-depth investigations and studies, moderate use of abstract. The development of export-oriented economy in Xinjiang is conducive to the development of light industry in Xinjiang, and it could make full use of all sectors of society funds, especially the private capital in the eastern coastal areas, enhance the economic vitality of the region, provide a lot of manufacturing jobs for the local agricultural and pastoral labor surplus, increase the income and living standards, increase local revenue, consolidate the basis of local economic development. The development of export-oriented economy in Xinjiang will expand the development space to the western countries and create a situation of opening up both in east and west.In recent years five Central Asian countries and other neighboring countries of Xinjiang is rapid economic growth areas. This provide a good market conditions for the development of export-oriented economy in Xinjiang. Xinjiang's existing strengths in agriculture, energy, mineral and other resources, sufficient agricultural surplus labor and some supporting heavy industry, provide a good basis for the export-oriented industries in Xinjiang. The private capital in Jiangsu and Zhejiang will be good sources for the export-oriented industries in Xinjiang. The capital is good at international trade and has marketing and distribution capabilities, and it is on intimate terms with manufacturing industries in eastern china.The focus of develop export-oriented economy in Xinjiang is to encourage the establishment of the low-end manufacturing base, to encourage small and medium private enterprises to participate. So that it could promote Xinjiang as local industry center from the present business center. At the same time, Xinjiang should enhance the level of opening, establish with border economic cooperation zones and free trade area in Xinjiang implement the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's long-term goal of economic cooperation.
