Tobacco Hunan Changde Cigarette Factory, 6s Management Continued Implementation

Continuous improvement and innovation development have become the inevitable way for sustainable development in 21st.With industry competition intensifies, "6S" management, effectively implemented in modern factories, has been introduced domestic by far-sighted personages, and has been made very good practice and demonstration in the manufacturing and service industries. As one of the most basic elements in the enterprise field management, "6s" management is increasingly obtain the attention from enterprise management layers, because of its specific operating procedures, low cost implementation and obvious deploy effect. However, "6s" management have not been sustained implementation in many enterprises.Firstly, this paper introduced the fine production theory, PDCA cycle theory and "6S" management theory. Afterwards, used the method of action research to identify the main reason for "6S" sustainable management implementation in Changde Cigarette Factory.Then, proposed the principles of "6S" sustainable management implementation, contained the purpose of high quality and low cost, and the principles of self management, diligence and perseverance. Based on these principles and theories, this paper pertinently put forward the improvement measures and methods, from the site staffs'ideology, site management system, site environmental improvement, company leadership and such aspects, and ultimately help enterprises to realize prompt manufacturing, eliminate malfunction, eliminate all waste, march to zero defect and zero inventory, really improve efficiency, assurance quality, neat and orderly, ensure security. This study provided the mode of "6S" sustainable management implementation to extend to other five cigarette factories, which belongs to Hunan tobacco industry enterprises (Changsha cigarette factory, Chenzhou cigarette factory, Wuzhong cigarette factory, Linglin cigarette factory, Siping cigarette factory).
