6S-site Management Research In Furniture Enterprise

By the impact of the world economic crisis, the furniture industry has not yet come out of the downturn of the world industry completely. Shrinking orders, low profits, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the furniture industry is actively seeking its own way. As part of the furniture manufacturing sector, the production field is an area to create business beneficial results.An obstacle is the long-term extensive management in production field, resulting in product quality issues, delivery issues, cost issues and security issues, that consume a significant portion of corporate profits. Therefore, how to improve and enhance the furniture industry site management level and technical and scientific application of advanced management tools and methodologies(tools) is one of the most important issues that furniture enterprises need to solve.Based on this problem, this article explores the implementation of a suitable furniture 6S-site management of its own way, through the combination of theory and practice, and through the research and practice of furniture enterprises. Thesis analysis and elaboration has been done scientifically through three parts: The preparatory work of 6S management implementation,various stages of the essence in 6S management implementation and the methods and measures in6 S management implementation. 6S management is explained through preparation and publicity work, so that enterprises in the sense of understanding the full importance can accept 6S management as the new management philosophy. The implementation of 6S management will create an atmosphere full of passion in the ignited enterprise; 6S management combines various stages of content, so that all work with scientific rationality and with a strong link between relational and rational work will be effective. Introducing 6S management should be implemented in steps to improve efficiency, so that the 6S management enjoys popular support to stimulate business full participation to the initiative. Finally, the effective implementation of 6S management through induction methods and measures to ensure the smooth implementation of 6S management, will be introduced.
