The State-owned Assets Supervision And Administration Of E-government System Builders

With the development of State-owned assets supervision and administration, the SASAC of the central and local governments have recognized that information technology is an important means to strengthen management. Furthermore, with the rapid development of e-government in Shanghai, it is a good opportunity to establish a better information system in state-owned assets supervision and administration.This paper summarized the features and needs in information system of the SASAC of Shanghai municipal government. Furthermore, it rebuilt the information system architecture based on the existing information system programs.First, it analyzed the present situation and future prospects in IT, as well as the business and processes of the SASAC of Shanghai municipal government. Second, based on the combination of IT, it proposed that a step by step project plan and a fully-formed implementation plan of an integrated program, especially focused on the applications.
