Developed Countries, Food Safety Management System Enlightenment

With the advancement of society and the development of economy, the national income and the level of people'lives had been improved tremendously, food products demond turned to high-grade direction, and diet consumption turned to meat, egg, milk, fish creatural food productions. However, America, England, Japan and many of other countries had happened mad cow disease; At the same time, at home had happened bird ful, foot-and-mouth disease, classical swine fever, anthropozoonosis. A series of reports on the clenbuterol hcl and other feed additive, antibiotic, growth hormone which is very harmful to human body; Melamine and milk powder security accident happened, maked the consumers become more worried about the security of food products. So the problem of food products quality has become thepublic concered hotspots.Base on the analysis of Chinese consumption, this study gives a profound analysis about the status of food safety management in our country. Then also make an analysis of food safety managementsets (FSMS) of foreign developed countries to analyse the discrepancy between China and developed countries which provides a strong basic data for making the law of food management. This study is pursuing the diagnosis in the field of food safety by making the questionaire. On this basis, this study brings up some policyproposals as a supportive basis for establishing the rules and regulations of our food safety in future.
