| In 2000, The SFDA (State Food and Drug Administration) has abolished terms which abanded B-C mode online shopping of drug product in accordance with relevant Administration Regulations. OTC begin to be allowed to sale on internet. Therefore, more and more drug shops are coming into our life as time goes on. With the advantanges of the online drug shopping such as it is cheaper and more convinerece than traditional ways. We should pay more attiontions to problems issued by this new technology. As far as I know, More and more fade drug commodities and fade drug stores become a severe social problem nowadays. It is hard to punished and get rid of them through existing legal ways.For this reasom, this paper analyzed the publicized data on drug security from 2008 through 2009, and classified fade drug selling properties, In order to find more effective measures to supervise and standardize online drug transaction, and promote the healthy development of online drug selling. this problem has been reseached on this paper from three aspects:the government, the server provider and the enterprise itself.At the same time, we gave a comparing on these problems between mature online drug selling environment in developed counties and our country's. We reached the conclusion:An effective supervision and guarantee mechanism will be set up through an organic combination of government control, subscriber supervision and enterprise self discipline. Firstly, A responsible government should enhanced the IT system to be more sensitive to potential crime through internet, and laid down the rules and carry effective measue to protect people. Secondly, the third part-server provider should be supervised and be prevented to be an accomplice to a crime. Finally, the enterprise should strengthen self-discipline in the meantime,consumer should also learn more knowledge on network securiy and drug identification to enhance self-protection ability. |
