As thecarrier of knowledge, the knowledgeworker working staff therefore plays a more andmore important role in such atmosphere. When they just passed the climax andwere about to suffered a long period of time before retirement.This kind of inspiration model overcomes the disadvantages of the older ones,which are simplex and discontinuous, and supplies a set of system followingknowledgeworker with different stages and changes in their Occupational CareerDevelopment.
