Less Developed Areas Of High-tech Zones And Management Innovation

Located in less-developed area, Jiamusi high-tech zone starts late. After 10 years of development, it has made progress by leaps and bounds, contributing a lot to the dev elopment of the regional economy. There are considerable gaps between Jiamusi high-t ech zone and those advanced high-tech zones at home and abroad, in the aspects of eco nomic aggregate, technological innovation and industrialization of achievements, or in the aspects of scale and level of foreign investment. Among the factors that influenced the development of high-tech zone, the mode of management is the decisive factor to it s construction and development. It is a new task that how to innovate the management mode so as to enable it to meet the needs of faster development in the future and streng then the institutional advantages of the high-tech zone. In this paper, on the basic of co mparison and analysis of the management modes of high-tech zones at home and abroa d, the current status of the management mode of Jiamusi high-tech zone is introduced a nd the existing problems are analyzed. The factors that constrain the innovation of man agement mode of Jiamusi high-tech zone are clarified. Finally, the goal of the manage ment mode innovation of Jiamusi high-tech zone and a new management mode are pro posed.
