Research On The Communication Industrial Cluster Development In Xi’an High-tech Zone

Industiral cluster is a unique space industry organization form, is the soucre of promoteeconomic growth and put on the competitive strength by many countires and regions. TheWorld science and Technology Park in the practice indicated that, is an important carirer ofthe industrial clusters, also provides a new perspective and pattern for the high-techdevelopment zones in China. Since the establi，shment of the XIAN Hi-tech DevelopmentZone，the advantages of integrated circuits, communications, sotfware as the core of electronicinformation industry, has a strong development, the communications industry has formed agood industiral foundation, the better industrial scale, has a high growth and strongcompetitiveness of industiral clusters. In the global resource shortage, deterioration of theenvironment, energy conservation and emission reduction of the environment, thecommunications industry with the expansion of communication networks, its energyconsumption is growing rapidly, severely impact on the sustainable development of thecomniunications industry.This thesis takes the regional economics, industry economics as a guide, throughcombining the high-tech zone theory and industrial cluster theory, the green innovation theory,analyzing the correlation of the theory of industiral clusters and green innovation，puts forwardthe green innovation of the industrial cluster development mode; defines the communicationconnotation and characteirstics of industiral clusters, put forward the green innovation of thecommunications industiral cluster development mode. Combining qualitative research andquantitative methods, system reseacrh the industiral chain, intermediary organizations,development models and stages of development in the cluster communications industry clusterof high-tech zones, summairzes the problems existing in its development process; Theexpeirences from the development model of domestic and foreign communications industrycluster, summairze and analyze the important factor that, effect to choose the developmentmode of high-tech zones communications industry cluster, and come to the conclusion that,developing the green innovation model conununication industry cluster in XI’AN High-techZone, analysis the green innovation mode selection and operation mechanism of thecommunication industry cluster; Finally, to promote the rapid development of thecommunications industry cluster in high-tech zones, with the problems for thecommunications industry cluster development of high-tech zones, put forward correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions.
