Evaluation Of China's Nonferrous Metals Industry Listed Companies Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR has now become a global trend, corporate social responsibility has become increasingly theoretical study and practice of the pie. The company is in compliance with the social responsibility, corporate social responsibility to evaluate the extent and intensity, but also businesses and the whole society the focus of attention.In this paper, a large number of documents to read, summing up the meaning of corporate social responsibility based on the evolution of the concept once again clearly expounded the theory of how stakeholders influence on the dimension of corporate social responsibility and evaluation system were sorted, analyzed and general, and corporate social responsibility at home and abroad Empirical Study of Evaluation and description of general status. Then this point of view of stakeholders from the perspective of corporate social responsibility performance evaluation method, the static model of corporate social responsibility, try to establish an evaluation system of corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility aims to lay a theoretical support for the evaluation.As our current lack of corporate social responsibility and related social database, which is related to the empirical study of foreign sources of data. Limited to such objective conditions, this paper has quantified the existence of corporate social responsibility issues, corporate social responsibility in our country's development process, the theoretical analysis based on the empirical study of research design. In this paper, annual reports of listed companies of China Nonferrous Metals Industry data, using content analysis and the fifth law, corporate social responsibility in China colored indicators of the situation of a statistic and the score; using entropy method and the AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process indicators weight calculation and verification of their social responsibility to make a comprehensive evaluation.The results show that China's nonferrous metals industry listed on corporate social responsibility performance is uneven, and business stakeholders to fulfill their social responsibility and business efficiency are related. On this basis, this paper will be colored in this period of corporate social responsibility and the relationship between the various stakeholders in the analysis, obtained for the various stakeholders in the situation of social responsibility. Furthermore, this article from the social responsibility of a comparative study of the results obtained from different colored corporate social responsibility point of view the situation.
