China's Photovoltaic Technology And Industry Best Investment System

Solar energy is the most important energy resource in the future. Many coutries such as United States, Japan, German and Spain are already well prepared, respectively, through legislation, incentives, financing systems to support their photovoltaic technology and industry. As the less mature market of photovoltaic technology, China can learn from those developed countries.In this paper, I tried to build the best investment of PV technology and industry from two different directions.The first one is through technical analysis and trend analysis to compare the investment value of polysilicon solar cells and thin film solar cells.The second one is through a comprehensive analysis of domestic industrial scale, technology, market, incentives and financing to find the current problems of PV technology and industry in China. Through drawing on the United States, Japan, Germany, Spain's historical experience for our best investment system of photovoltaic technology and try to suggest a meaningful framework and model.This paper can be divided into four parts:The first part served as a preface, including the meaning of the topic and literature review.The second part is the comparision of technical characteristics and market trends of polysilicon solar cells and thin film solar cells.The third part including chapter two and chapter three, described the development of photovoltaic technology and market scale. Compared the foreign policies and financing methods, and analyzed the facing problems of PV technology and industry in China.The fouth part is the chapter four, the main issue is to link our present problems with foreign experience. Try to give possible suggestions of the optimal investment system of photovoltaic technology and industry in China.
