Under attack in the financial crisis, a considerable number of auto parts enterprises are facing declining sales, lower profits, shrinking export market. The face of the deteriorating external environment, auto parts industry in 2009 will further reduce profit margins and growth. C business is a main export of auto parts enterprises, in the development stage. Facing the fierce competition, it's urgent to have a rational strategy to promote business in a more stable way.C enterprises was established in 2000, is the main parts exports auto parts private trading enterprises for after-sales service market in B2B business, the current products have been sold to more than 20 countries and regions. C company has its own purchasing and marketing channels, more stable customer resources to trade as a leader, driven entities, development and become an influential domestic and international professional auto parts suppliers.In this paper, using strategic management theories and ideas, through literature review, staff interviews and other research methods, drawing on the outstanding Chinese and foreign auto parts enterprises operating mechanism for C Enterprise Development conducted a strategic analysis, put forward insisting the new, professional and specialized strategy, promoting the marketing and management information strategy.This article is divided into five sections.firstly present C enterprise development strategy of topic selection background and significance for analysis, briefly describe the papers of ideas and research methods;and then mainly on the external environment analysis for c Enterprise: on the international and domestic auto parts industry fast facts and trends analysis, then applying the pest analysis tools and MiChCel. Porter's five forces model""on C Enterprise's macroeconomic environment and industry environmental analysis, pointed out the existence of the c Enterprise external opportunities and threats; the main on C Enterprise internal environmental analysis: basic statistics on C enterprises are described, management and analysis of core competence.Use of"strategy"and"the ability of the value chain analysis"on C Enterprise internal criteria analysis, pointed out the C Enterprise internal disadvantage; then through C Enterprise business philosophy, vision and core values, summarizes the overall strategy and strategic objectives.Summary analysis for c-corporate, discussion C enterprises current and future development strategy; Finally for the strategic plan: to make C enterprise development strategy cannot be effectively implemented, with regard to its functions of the strategy put forward practical implementation.The results of this research enterprise development strategy for the reform of C has a positive reference value, are also as reference by China's small and medium sized auto parts enterprises.
