(hereinafter called as PanGang Group ChangCheng Steel Company), locates in old-line JiangYu City of Sichuan Province with transport facilities and a genial climate。The steel Co.Ltd was built up in the year of 1994, which seamless steel tube outputs is 20,000 tons per year. The products is widely used in aviation,aerospace,nuclear,furnace industries,chemical engineering industries,chemical fertilizer industries,chemical fiber machinery,food industry and pharmaceuticals industry. It is professional PCG production bases in our country.During 2008 year, the global financial crisis was burst out by subprime lending crisis of American. By the adverse impacts,the crisis reduced our economic development,cuted down the home requirment of seamless steel tube. All of those highlight the acute problem of over-capacity of our home seamless steel tube Industry and the competition is getting more tougher. By the weakly ability to resist the market fluctuations, the company show a all-round deficit.The thesis utlized mainly a sampled questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,the comparative analysis and chase demand strategy with advanced corporates,the SWOT analysis,4P analysis etc to analyse the seamless steel tube Environmental and the competitive advantages and disadvantages of SiChuang ChangCheng steel Co.Ltd at home and abroad。Then the thesis discussed the marketing strategy through whether the marketing plans were reasonable, the products and the contracts were comprehensive, the user structure and customer managements were normative,and how to establish the appropriate markting plans to knock oneself out to get through the financial crisis.The thesis discussed the international and domestic marketing strategy of the group, scientific utilized various kind of marketing management theories to update the existing plans. The feasibility strategies were gained through adjusting marketing plan, further detailing the market,integrated the marketing strategies and the amalgamation of companies,which will knock the group out to get through the financial crisis and promote the group competitive power finally.
