As the advancement&development of China economy,the open-up policy is keeping forward,more and more Chinese company invest abroad,there are also many foreign company invest in China.In order to comply with the trend of the development,the government has open more areas for foreign to invest.At the same time,more and more Chinese company invest abroad.The investment from foreign companies are keep growing in view to the market potential in China.China steel industry is playing an increasing role in the world as it has been the largest producer and consumer in the world steel market.Though the steel price of China market are still lower than the west world,and facing fierce competition,the foreign companies are still want to squeeze into China market.How to develop in China steel market is a question that the foreign companies have to face.This article will be incorporated in the business development of foreign company both from internal and external view based on a foreign company.From the inside view of the company,they can apply the tool of ERRC and value chain from blue ocean strategy to modify their strategy and deliver the up-to-date value to their customers.The company can integrate the natural endowments they have,excel the strength they possessed,then to meet the various demand from the China market.From the outside view of the company,they will update their traditional marketing which focus on hard sell.New theory of relationship marketing can be put into practice,which can get the shareholders,such as internal organization of the buyer,suppliers,competitors,government,and social organization,to integrate as common interests.The relationship marketing can lead the company to be a win-win solution,bring more profit to the company,and become a benchmark for the corporate social responsibility.To implement it successfully or not will make a company or destroy it.
