Large enterprises is a economic pillars , the development of a city depends on whether it has a number of well-developed large enterprises. As the center of western region, the industrial added value accounted for 35.3% share of GDP in Chengdu in 2007, it has a rate of 49% in economic growth. But compared to other major cities, industrial economic development in Chengdu is still more obvious gap, the role of industrial support is not prominent, large-scale industrial added value of enterprises at the national ranking fell 20 away, so how to solve the problem in development of large-enterprises, find the enterprise developing constraints in Chengdu has become a pressing factor.Based on Porter's diamond model theory, reference to the "World Competitiveness Yearbook" and "Global Competitiveness Report", Summing up domestic and international competitiveness of the core literature, Through theoretical analysis, literature survey, data analysis and case studies, Identified three key factors for enterprise development.
