Sichuan Oil And Gas Fields Jy Base Logistics Services Satisfaction Measurement Research

After the specialized reorganization of Southwest Oil and Gas,The mining services segment devoted considerable resources and efforts on a number of large-scale oil logistics base hardware transform the face of the oil communities,there is a great improvement to effectively raise household satisfaction, but because of the lack of a set of management systems,The decision-makers cannot get the accurate information of mining logistics service systems. This made it difficult to planning the reconstruction of the oil base. How to build proper integrated logistics service systems, and make the systems to enhance current service satisfaction, improve the enterprise competitiveness has become urgent and meaningful research topic.This paper mainly discussed the plot to enhance household satisfaction,customer satisfaction,customer relationship management theory, the JY oil base as a sample, a full investigation of the specific circumstances and problems, in this based on the proposed base for oil and gas fields in Sichuan Integrated Logistics Service satisfaction index model and survey indicators system as a basis for designing a corresponding satisfaction questionnaire, the JY oil base household satisfaction survey conducted on the survey results were analyzed, and the corresponding enhance satisfaction degree measures. Scope of the study include integrated logistics services, the JY oil base management in property management, retirement management, car passenger service management, file send and receive text print management, news television service management, public security service management, content management, medical and health services.Through multi-service logistics operation to a large number of questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis of the JY base, This helped us understand the current problems in mining services, further clarify the next steps focus and the main issues to be resolved and give recommendations for improvement measures and, pooling of resources for the enterprise, rational distribution and co-ordination, oil-focused arrangements provide a basis for construction of logistics bases, and continue to contribute to scientific planning and integrated management.
