With the rapid development of China's national economy, as the pillar industry of national economy, auto industry shows the trend of booming sales. Car production and ownership in a sharp increase in the number of scrapped cars also increased significantly, thus resulting shortage of resources and abandoned cars left garbage pollution on the environment has been seriously hampered the sustainable development of the automotive industry.Therefore, how to recover scrap cars and improve its recycling rate as possible has become an important issue facing the automotive industry. Auto reverse logistics is to regain the use value of scrap motor vehicles and parts, effective resource conservation, environmental protection, an important measure of sustainable development. Based on the above background, my car reverse logistics research.In this paper, based on the theory of circular economy, the car carried out a comprehensive reverse logistics system. Analysis of China's abandoned car status and problems of recycling and environmental protection legislation from the perspective of an incentive for green business policy perspective, auto manufacturers and recycling companies and consumers point of the angle of the car reverse logistics management strategy later proposed the use of Markov prediction method to construct the idea of automotive systems, and finally discarded automobiles on the current situation in Yunnan empirical analysis.Based on the analysis of auto reverse logistics, reverse logistics for China's implementation of vehicle to provide some suggestions and measures hope to achieve efficient reverse logistics, the sustainable development of the automotive industry play a certain role.
