The Research Of Constructing Waste Household Appliances Recycling System Based On Circular Economy

China has ushered in the peak of scrapping waste household appliances,household appliances amount of waste generated annually is also increasing.According to the forecast of this article, China’s major waste household appliancesscrap will reach more than100million units in2014. Such a large amount of wastehousehold appliances scrap to China ’s natural environment which has impact on thecurrent band, led the author to think of the development of circular economy.By studying the domestic of waste household appliances recycling system, andfound that the domestic waste household appliances recycling market system has notyet formed, in a disorderly mess. This article is a combination of the above study,the attempt to research waste household appliances recycling system. After the paperanalyzes the domestic waste household appliances recycling market, the varioussectors of the nodes used household appliances recycling carried out a detaileddescription of the preliminary design of the waste household appliances recyclinglogistics network structure, and accordingly build a waste household appliancesrecycling system model based on circular economy. The variables of the model fitthe actual set, this will provide a useful reference for the domestic waste householdappliances recycling business which plan to science and rational layout of therecycling logistics network.Recycling of waste household appliances for the domestic market during thestudy identified the problems, this paper presents the research results relatedmeasures:1) economic incentives and non-financial incentives combine;2) the useof circular economy concept design home appliances, use of new materials;3)innovative waste household appliances recycling channels;4) pay attention to thedevelopment of household appliances recycling technology.
