Study On Evaluation And Potential Of Land Intensive Utilization In Development Zone

The reasonable use of land resources science,and actively promote land intensive process,not only can guarantee the Comprehensive Coordinated Development Zone own sustainable development,but also for the whole piece of large area in the future better development decision significance.Rich resources,convenient transportation,beautiful Lushun economic development zone the forward economic and social development stage,land resources shortage,waste and pollution of natural environment can not avoid the problem of land intensive use is the must way to go.This paper first analyze the technology theory of the research field and scope to Lushun Economic Development Zone as an example,the actual characteristics and extant problems of land use and detailed evaluation,from the status of land use,land use efficiency and performance management 3 aspects including 6 sub targets and 11 indicators of evaluation the index system of land intensive use,The data were normalized to determine the target values of the ideal value method and the reference method,the index weight calculation method of entropy value,using the weighted sum of scores of status assessment and zonation of the combination of the two methods by analysis and potential for the comprehensive evaluation of land resources intensive.The final score of the intensive degree of the economic development zone is 91.32,and the grade is a highly intensive use,in which the intensity score of the main area is about 93.72,and the intensity score of the development direction is about 81.71.The weight of the main area accounted for 0.8,while the development direction of the weight of the area is only 0.2,so this study is based on the evaluation results of the main area,the development direction of the evaluation results supplemented.There is not much difference between the management performance and the land use efficiency of the main area and the development direction,the management performance score is the highest,and the land use benefit score is the lowest.But the land use status score difference,because its weight reached 0.74,the most important influence on the final score,so the main area and the development direction of the final intensity numerical difference.The two area of the main area and the development direction of the potential compared to smaller main region is also capable of mining,development zone can continue to tap the potential of the larger,which shows that the development direction of the future development zone district has become the main target of mining potential,especially the expansion potential is the focus of concern.At last,summarize the domestic and foreign various provinces and cities and land intensive use of the successful cases,and puts forward the measures and suggestions and feasible according to the evaluation of Lushun economic and Technological Development Zone intensive utilization and the potential level of the final conclusion: scientific and rational planning,ensure efficient use of land intensive;investment,improve regional industrial agglomeration ability;space replacement,reasonable cultivate industry structure;strengthen the supervision of land supply mode.
