Oriented Knowledge Of Asean's Multinational Enterprises To Transfer

In the competition of the world, more and more enterprises want to gain the abroad market, and the Chinese Enterprise also expand in the overseas increasingly. There are a lot of network in the transnational enterprises, which include the inner of the enterprises and the outside of it. At the same time, in the kinds of network, there are different knowledge, about the goods, about the production, about the management and so on. These knowledge not can only bring the superiority for enterprise's operation, but also can be enterprise's core competitiveness. Therefore, the knowledge is regarded as the most important resources in the transnational enterprise, and the knowledge transfer is the key process. The transnational enterprises in our country is so young, and the majority market is in the Southeast Asian country, so studying the knowledge transfer in transnational enterprises for ASEAN will promote their development.On the base of knowledge transfer document, the paper study on the motivation, the carrier, the process, and empirical study of the knowledge transfer. The purpose is to summarize the general character of knowledge transfer. On the other hand, this paper analyzes the situation of knowledge transfer in transnational enterprises for ASEAN. The author used the system methodology, the literature methodology, the case analytic method in the research.At first, this paper studied the background, the research significance, the research content, the research methods and the innovation. Secondly, it summarizes predecessor's achievement. Thirdly, the author used two cases for knowledge transfer and tried to provide benefits to transnational enterprises for ASEAN. Through the research to the Enterprise's present situation, the organization structure, the knowledge transfer content, the carrier, the process and the problem, the author had discovered the problems and influence factors. The main factors include: The knowledge characteristic, the main parts of the knowledge transfer and the supporting factor. In order to deal with these factors, the author proposed some suggested: country's cultural fusion, the correct organization structure, the construction of knowledge system, and the promotion of knowledge transfer ability.
