Wind Power Engineering Science And Technology Personnel Training Countermeasures

All over the world is committed to the explore of new energy sources at present. How to use it has become the focus of the world. Among all of the new entry sources, wind power is one of the fastest growing, the most mature technology, and the largest-scale exploiter and commercializing industry in renewable energy technologies. It is likely to become one of the major power supplies in renewable energy sources technologies. However, wind power has encountered difficulties currently. Among of them, the scarcity of scientific and technological personnel and weak of developing capabilities are the most important factors. So is Shanxi Province. It has constrained the development of wind power industry and technological progress in China. So , training high-level engineering and technical talents of wind power industry has become an urgent task in Shanxi engineering Colleges, even in China's. Based on the study of the demand of scientific and technological personnel in china's wind power business, the paper knows the specific needs and existing problems. And then based on engineering Colleges study, the paper explores how to train scientific and technological personnel, concluded with specific recommendations.The paper consists of five chapters. The first introduces the background, methods, research ideas and basic concepts which is the foundation of the paper. The second has investigated the demand of engineering and science and technological personnel in China's wind power business, concluded with the specific Quality, competence and professional structure in wind power business. And the chapter analysis's the existing problems and shortcomings in training them.Based on the investigation, the third forecasts the number of demand, personnel structure, and ability and quality of them.Comparing China's engineering technology of wind power with abroad, the fourth does a feasible analysis on constructing wind power discipline in current three engineering colleges in Shanxi ProvinceAccording to the present situation ,the chapter puts forwards to some suggestions .Firstly, it is necessary for Universities to strengthen the status and role of scientific and technological personnel training of wind power project, to foster and support wind power as a new discipline actively, and to expand wind power engineering and technological personnel training scale. Secondly, the Government should adopt relevant policies and measures to increase wind power engineering and technological personnel training support, to give preferential policies. Finally, the author puts forward to some concrete recommendations on constructing wind power discipline in Shanxi engineering Colleges.
