Along with scientific and technological progress and global economic integration, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. It is impossible to adapts oneself to the requirements of informationized society by the means of underdeveloped management method and patterns.In order to put themselves in an invincible position in the intense competition, many domestic and foreign enterprises adopt the advanced management method and the technical method to enhance their own core competitive power. Based on the idea of modern management science of advanced information technology --CRM (customer relations management) has received the popularity from domestic and foreign various enterprises. The purpose of the paper is through the research into the solution of TongZheng Nuan Tong Company CRM's implementation,The company's staff could come to realize that in order to put themselves in an invincible position in the intense competition, only CRM's implementation contributes to change the existing traditional and backward management method and operation mode. The paper also provides the solution of TongZheng Nuan Tong Company CRM's implementation, and helps TongZheng Nuan Tong Company to adopt advanced CRM management method and the technical method to enhance its own core competitive power.This paper mainly studies two issues of TongZheng Company CRM's implementation: one is to analyze the demand of TongZheng Nuan Tong Company CRM's implementation; the other one is to provide the solution to implement CRM. The study process of this paper follows the "from shallow to deep and from theory to practice" thought. The research significance consists in:on one hand, it provides theoretical guidance for implementing CRM by studying issues of CRM's implementation in theory; on the other hand, the process of TongZheng Company CRM's implementation is of a great significance to implementing CRM by other companies.This paper mainly completed the following aspects of the research work.(1) Based on the analysis of the TongZheng Nuan Tong Company's development, given the functional demand analysis, demand analysis of developing customers and management demand analysis. (2) On the basis of demand analysis provided the solution of TongZheng Nuan Tong Company CRM's implementation, including overall goals and basic principles, general framework and main functions, division of episode and its main content, setup and optimization of CRM management procedure. According to the actual situation of TongZheng Nuan Tong Company, suggested to adopt the "outsourced" mode, and provided the choice of technology and tools for CRM's implementation.(3) According to the actual situation of TongZheng Nuan Tong Company, provided the safeguard measures to implementing CRM.Finally the paper explores the question which needs futher attention to study in future.
