Customer relation management(CRM)is an advanced management mode which to meet the requirements of customers as the work center and integrate technology,concept and system together.Enterprises through implement CRM to complete the customer's relevant business process,understand and affect customers' behavior,thereby shortening the sales period,reducing the sales cost,broadening the sales channels,building the sustainable key competitiveness of enterprises.At present,the competition between communication connecting devices industrial is becoming fiercer,in order to better based on this industrial,AK company urgently need to implement CRM to enhance his own competitiveness.Therefore,this text through the below aspects to research AK company implement the general design and solution of CRM:1)It expounds the background of this text.It includes the important role to implement CRM to improve customers' satisfaction and necessity.On this basis,put forward the research questions and clear the research target,meaning and train of thought.2)To introduce the definition,main features,main types,main functions and main technologies,establish theoretical basis for the follow-up research.3)On the basis of introducing AK company's general situation,main business and process,customer classification to analyze its current manage problems and also analyze AK company's requirements to implement CRM from the sales management,CRM and customer segments.4)This text supplies a general frame,main functions,main content,manage process to AK company on the basis of confirming AK company implementation of CRM's basic principle and target and also confirming AK company implementation of CRM's implementation model and required tools.5)This text also supplies safeguard measures for AK company from improve sales management,organization structure and business process;CRM system construction and organization guarantee;on the basis of projects management of AK company implementation of CRM;implementation of CRM performance evaluation management etc.Finally,it summarizes the main research result and conclusion put forward the research limitation and the work prospects in the future.
