Henan Province Regional Economic Differences And Coordinated Development

Differences in regional economic development is a universal and international issues, has been for governments, organizations and academics concerned about the hot spots. Differences in regional economic development is the result of running a market economy, its existence and expansion is bound to country or region's economic development and social stability have an enormous impact, should be closely watched, and conduct in-depth analysis. Since the reform and opening up, economic development in Henan Province has achieved rapid growth, but accompanied with differences in regional economic development in Henan Province are expanding, and affect the regional economy sustained, rapid and coordinated development. Thus, for differences in regional economic development in Henan Province and coordinate development research has important practical significance.In this paper, differences in regional economic development at home and abroad related to research to ten years between 1999 and-2,008 in Henan Province as a measure of per capita GDP index, use by the poor, standard deviation, weighted standard deviation representative of the absolute differences and by a tiny ratio, coefficient of variation, the weighted coefficient of variation, the Gini coefficient representative of the relative difference between two kinds of measurement methods on differences in regional economic development in Henan Province changes in the time features of measure, absolute differences and relative differences in the change process analysis, obtained the absolute difference between the decade expanding the relative differences in the increases and decreases in the wave-like expansion of conclusions; to 18 municipalities of Henan Province in 2008 regional economic growth, social development and resource and environmental development in three areas consisting of 16 indicators of differences in regional economic development, comprehensive index evaluation system, using SPSS software, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Of 18 cities in economic and social development level of a comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation value is obtained, combined with cluster analysis results will be divided into 18 municipalities of Henan Province developed economy model, economic development, type and economic underdevelopment-type three types. On this basis, research and analysis on the analysis of regional economic development in Henan Province caused by reasons for the differences and have targeted the regional economy in Henan Province made coordinated approach to development.This paper is divided into five parts. Introduction section describes the purpose and significance of this research; domestic and foreign research developments as well as research methods and ideas of this article. The first chapter describes the differences in regional economic development and co-ordinate the development of the theory and methodology of the study and research of specific methods. Chapter II of the difference in regional economic development in Henan Province to conduct empirical analysis, draw relevant conclusions. Chapter III of the causes of differences in regional economic development in Henan Province for analysis, from the natural conditions, geographical conditions, regional development strategies and policies and socio-economic analysis of four aspects of the differences caused by the deep causes and influencing factors chromatography. Chapter IV sets out the coordinated development of regional economy in Henan Province responses, first of all the positive and negative effects from the two aspects of regional economic development in Henan Province to evaluate the impact of differences, and then optimizing the spatial development strategy, actively building a regional economic growth pole and industrial development zone, promote coordinated regional economic development; optimization of regional industrial layout, and to construct a reasonable pattern of the regional division of labor; co-ordinating urban and rural development, vigorously develop the rural economy and agricultural production; accelerate the development of tertiary industry in four areas targeted by raising the Henan Province, coordinated regional economic development approach.
