Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan Province.It is the southwest China's science center, technology center, finance center. Chengdu has formed a multi-level,multi-system types of financial institutions and financial service system.The financial service industry in Chengdu has become the leading industry in the national economy. It plays an important role.In the competitive, how to establish and improve financial service to the dominant position in Chengdu, and create an environment which can be conducive to the development of economics, has become an urgent task in front of financial service industry of Chengdu.However, if you want to achieve these several requirements, you first must understand the current economic situation.And you must have enough basis theory and practical information as support. But now, the theoretical study of the investment environment, mostly confined to the macro-level study of China's overall economic environment. The study of regional economic environment, are also concentrated in the developed regions.The special study on the financial services industry, especially on the western region, is so scared. In this paper I will state the financial investment service environment of Chengdu in two parts, which are the financial service industry describing and analyzing. In this process, I propose to use regional economic theory, the theory of financial development and the evaluation theory in investment environment, in order to study the economic environment of Chengdu. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, I will analysis and evaluate the financial service investment environment of Chengdu, state the development of the financial services industry. Then combined with functionality and features of the city, I will discuss some certain concrete and feasible policies.
