In recent years, with the development of market economy and the increased popularity of flat style organizing configuration, the team as a new form of organization has been more and more popularized in many enterprises. Organizational citizenship behavior is a spontaneous behavior what is beneficial to the organization and shown by employees. Organizational citizenship behavior what is shown by the team members palys an important role to the team performance. Through review of previous studies can be seen, previous studies about organizational citizenship behavior mostly focused on the reasons and consequence, but there is little research what is about oganizational citizenship behavior of team members and the impact of team performance. And previous studies often only remained at the theoretical level, introduced briefly the research status of forein oganizational citizenship behavior or focused on the oganizational citizenship behavior'demisions,sturcturs and contents in the context of Chinese culture. There are few research what is about the affact of organization citizenship behavior on team performance in Chinese enterprises'specific work teams. Based on the research literature, this paper selected thirty teams of six enterprises in Qingdao to the empirical analysis. Collecting the first-hand data by handing out the questionnaires to the team members, and do the data statistical analysis using the statistical software, then make the proposed hypothesis was verified. On this basis, then using two representative cases add to the empirical analysis, and add the persuasive to the research what is about the affact of organizational citizenship behavoir on team performance. Finally, aiming the specific problems in enterprises, proposed the optimization strategy from three levels of the team members'personal qualities, team leaders'behaviors and the team process.
