OCB is the behavior which employees act voluntarily and is helpful for the organization. With the prevalence of the team-based organizational structure, domestic enterprises generally emphasize employees'dedication in their team building, and neglect the consolation and care for them, so they are gradually confronted with grave challenges in terms of team motivation system and behavior management of team members. Only when companies deeply researched the influencing factors of team members, can they find apt and specific ways to solve the problems, and make team play a good role to management. But the existing research of the OCB is still extremely weak, especially in the context of team. So the study of OCB on context of team is very important.After reading the related documents as much as possible, this study used empirical research to collect 179 employees from different companies as effective samples. Using team leadership behavior and team climate as independent variables, and taking personality factors of the team members as regulated variables, the study did a in-depth research about team members'OCB. Finally according to the study results, some conclusions and enlightenments which had theoretical and practice significances were gotten. They are as follows:1,If team leaders show individual care for their employees, the employees will do more OCB. So team leaders should pay more attention to employees'emotional management;2,The team climate can seriously affect employees'behavior. Excessively nervous climate will lead to negative results. So building active team climate, establishing and perfecting Team Mental Models, and forming harmonious interrelationship are very important to optimize team members'behavior.3,Employees'personality factors can influence OCB indirectly by adjusting the relationship of team context and OCB. So managers should attach importance with employees'personality and psychological quality.
