Based On Dea And Our Scientific And Technological Achievements Into Effect Evaluation Study

In this paper, we introduce the classical DEA model and algorithms to evaluate 30 provinces and cities in China scientific and technological achievements into effect, explore the reasons for the differences effects of the regional scientific and technological achievements. In order to narrow the regional difference through the references of policy recommendations.Firstly, this paper explains the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, models and ways to resolve the characteristics of the transformation of science and technology, processes and influencing factors, for the DEA Model and the corresponding index system to provide the basis. On this basis, compare the effect for the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements into a general method. Establish the Scientific and technological achievements into effect of the whole process of model evaluation, that DEA model. Secondly, combine the characteristics of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, stage selection process and the impact of factors choose the evaluation index corresponding to construct models based on scientific and technological achievements into DEA evaluation index system.
