Abstract/Summary:
High-risk industry safety related not only to economic problems, but more of a personal safety issue, so it has been the focus of attention, A large number of statistics show that, more than half of industrial accidents were due to human error caused mainly for the illegal violation, violation of operating rules, misuse and other unsafe behaviors. Based on the above, this paper conducted a human error analysis.This paper first discusses the development of research in human error and the classical theory, and then security psychology, theory of accident causation and safety of behavioral science have been established as the basis of this study. To oil and gas drilling team, for example, By researching site safety management methods, technological characteristics, construction status, and combinning with Mechanism of human error, a variety of factors human error has been identified, human error hierarchical model was constructed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process; Then, a judgement is made on the matrix, single ordering and general ordering, Clear the influence of various factors to human error in the oil and gas drilling crew working. to propose effective strategies to control human errors.by combinning with accident prevention theory and analysising the factors of the human error.The major results are:(1) In-depth analysis of the mechanism of human error from the perspective of individual and organizational. As far as individual concerned, a failure model of human has been constructed. While from organizational perspective, four types of impact models for individual organizations have been established:specification failure; communication failure; functional failure; cultural failure;(2)Through the combination of accident cases with human error mechanism, a conclusion can be drawn that, there were four factors to affect human error caused by oil and gas drilling team. Such as individual, organizational, environmental and technical. the hierarchical structure model of Human error of oil and gas drilling team is established. AHP calculation software application derived factors on the extent of the impact of human error and order;(3) According to the results, proposed measures of control of human error caused by oil and gas drilling crew from the following five aspects:Improve the safety management system, strengthen the safety culture, and optimize human-machine interface design, strengthen safety education and training, and checking staff introduced.
