The Research On The Impact Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Competencies On Entrepreneurial Intention

Under the new pattern of the world economy,the activity of youth entrepreneurship plays an important role in stimulating employment and promoting national economic development,and has been attached great importance by all countries in the world.Entrepreneurial Intention is direct psychological tendencies to create a new business,or to create new value for enterprises,It is the endogenous motive force of entrepreneurial activities.Research on the antecedent variable of entrepreneurial intention is the most important content of entrepreneurial theory and the most valuable subject to solve social problems.This study takes this as the breakthrough point to explore the antecedent variables influencing college students' entrepreneurial intention.In view of the past scholars have done extensive research in individual microcosmic and external environment perspectives,This study starts from the microscopic view of competence,This paper proposes the concept of entrepreneurial competence based on the perspective of opportunity,trait and relational and define the sense of self-efficacy who is based on self-confidence,goal achievement and risk tolerance,and make a clear distinction between the ability and self-efficacy,and try to establish the intrinsic relationship between the ability and self-efficacy,then we will build "college students' entrepreneurial competencies--entrepreneurial self-efficacy--ntrepreneurial intention" as the main theoretical model.This study mainly addresses the following questions: First,how college students' entrepreneurial competencies influence the entrepreneurial intention? Second,if college students' entrepreneurial competencies will influence the entrepreneurial self-efficacy? Third,whether college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy play intermediary role in entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial intention? Based on the comprehensive application of the methods of literature research,investigation and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the direct effect model of entrepreneurial competencies on entrepreneurial intention and a partial mediation model of the entrepreneurial competence is to entrepreneurial intention by entrepreneurial self-efficacy as the intermediary.The data of this study were mainly from the national college students.Spss 19.0 and Amos 17.0 were used to adopted in descriptive statistical analyze,reliability and validity test,the fitness test,SEM test,path analysis of samples and the scales.The results are as follows:Firstly,different dimensions of college students' entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have different influences on entrepreneurial intentions.The opportunity recognition competencies,innovation competencies and relationship competencies of college students' entrepreneurial competencies all have a significant positive impact on college students' entrepreneurial intention.The goal achievement efficacy,self-confidence efficacy and risk tolerance efficacy have significant positive impact on college students' entrepreneurial intention.Secondly,college students' entrepreneurial competencies have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy.The opportunity recognition competencies have a significant positive impact on college students' self-confidence efficacy,goal achievement efficacy and risk tolerance efficacy.the innovation competencies have a positive effect on college students' self-confidence efficacy,goal achievement efficacy and risk tolerance efficacy,the relationship competencies have a significant positive impact on college students ' self-confidence efficacy,goal achievement efficacy and risk tolerance efficacy.Thirdly,college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy play intermediary role in entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial intention.College students' entrepreneurial competencies can directly affect the emergence of college students' entrepreneurial intention,and there is also indirect influence between them.When take college students' self-efficacy as an intermediary,not only entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on college students' entrepreneurial intention but also the influence of entrepreneurial competencies on entrepreneurial intention is weakened.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: First,in previous studies,scholars usually study the entrepreneurial capacity of entrepreneurs,the research object is for Entrepreneurs who are being entrepreneur and entrepreneurs who have created a business,but in the study of general entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior,it is also necessary to stress the study of potential entrepreneurs,this study attempts to learn and introduce the concept of college students' entrepreneurial competencies to study the specific relationship of entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial intention,It can make up for the lack of research on the influential factors of entrepreneurial intention in academic circles.Second,there is no systematic research conclusion on the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in academic circles.This paper will try to explore the relationship between the entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Third,according to the research,this paper will focus on building the model of "college students' entrepreneurial competencies--entrepreneurial self-efficacy--entrepreneurial intention",which enriches the research point of entrepreneurial intention to a certain extent.
