Zhongguancun Science Park Sme Financing Problem

Since the 1990s, China's scientific and technological innovation had become the main theme of development. To achieve the grand goal of becoming an innovative country, the national high-tech park must play the central leading role. With excellent technological input and output, Zhongguancun Science Park had a primacy place among the fifty-three national-level science park. But, these enterprises in Z-park had still face many bottlenecks in promoting the ability of innovation, especially the problem of financing.This paper presents status quo and problems of financing SME in Z-park. The methods of solving problems are the qualitative theory analysis and the quantitative data analysis. To the financing current situation of SME in Z-park, it analyses these main problems, uses the successful experience of U.S. A, Japan and France for reference, and seeks to solve the financing difficult feasible measure and way of SME in Z-park.This article is divided into five parts which set a comprehensive elaboration and analysis on the research issue.Provides an overview of theoretical basis and actual significance at the first part; then analyses the characteristic, financing environment and financing requirement of SME in Z-park at the second part; in the third part, it find the internal and external restricted factors of financing the SME in Z-park by organizing the financing path of these enterprises in chronological order; at the forth, this paper sum up some good measures and systems of financing the SME in U.S.A, Japan and France; Chapter Five improve two angles from external condition construction and inside financing ability, probe into the financing difficult feasible measures and ways of SME in Z-park.
