Since 1980's resumption of the insurance business, modern industry has made remarkable progress in china, for example, the support of Country given to this industry has increased, the risk awareness of national people has growing, the insurance market has extended, the domestic insurance industry has been booming in China overall. In this process, the insurance industry make a great contribution to and certain achievements for the stability of the economy, providing a wide range of social security services, the development of insurance product and security function have been improved. But at the same time, with the rapid development of China's economy, pattern of insurance industry has been developed from the earlier monopoly to monopolistic competition now, and competition among insurance companies is increasing. Now, with changes of China's insurance industry's environment, property insurance companies are experiencing the evolution of modern. Whether the macroeconomic environment for investment or the operation and management in insurance companies, more property insurance companies are clear to see opportunities in competition.In this background, Property insurance companies are aware that the strategic management of human resources plays a significant role in organization's long-term development. The property insurance industry in China is facing fierce competition situation, the traditional human resources management for the company becomes a bottleneck to development of the company gradually. This largest allocation of resources increases friction and reduces performance, and weakens the long-term capacity for sustainable development of China's property insurance company. As insurance is a new sunrise industry, and highly capital and knowledge intensive industry heading focusing on more high-end talent, companies will be committed to achieving corporate strategic objectives-oriented by using the management of human resources module to form the organization's core competencies.Combining with the core balancing thinking of Balanced Scorecard management tool, and at the point of Strategic Human Resource Management, this article has analyzes the property insurance company's human resource management problems and causes first, then proposes that strategic human resource management is right for domestic property insurance companies, which has special characteristics of business management and employees on human resources management system. At last, by building a system and introducing a case of application on X company to prove that the outlet of HRM in China's property insurance industry lies in long-term strategic arrangement, rather than short-term use. As a strategic plan and guiding philosophy, the propose of SHRM improves the human resources management to strategic status, and solves some problems of the property insurance company's long-term sustainable development.This article is combining property insurance industry in China and Balanced Scorecard with SHRM, provides some reference and assistance to China's property insurance companies, and has a certain effect on enabling companies to seize opportunities and enhance the core competitiveness.
