Real estate share of the economy of a country's position is important, not only contact the people's livelihood and enterprise development, and the associated countries of dollars.Chain length of the real estate industry, related industries more, has become a pillar industry in China.China's real estate development, on the one hand there is lack of funds exists on the need for foreign capital, on the other hand, there is a lot of international hot money, but also to ensure adequate space for foreign capital to stay into.With China's accession to WTO, opening up the real estate industry was increasing its development opportunities and challenges.Real estate investments in many institutions and individuals in the eyes, are considered the last of violence in China industry.Therefore, foreign investment have accelerated efforts to develop China's real estate industry.However, the inflow of foreign capital is double-edged sword, positive and negative effects exist.The real estate industry, the current foreign investment in the domestic system has done little.Therefore, foreign investors in China real estate investment research has very practical significance.In this paper, the combination of theoretical and practical research methods, and by summarizing the advanced experience of foreign countries, combined with our practical, research, this paper intended to address foreign investment in Chinese real estate market for the impact, as well as how to correctly useforeign investors to explore the two issues.Full paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, describes the research background, content and ideas, the purpose and meaning.Chapter II Review of relevant theories, mainly related to real estate investment theory and the introduction of domestic and foreign real estate industry for the research are introduced, the third chapter of existing foreign investment in Chinese real estate industry overview of the characteristics of real estate to foreign investment andthe form of a general description, and made some of the typical foreign domestic investment projects related to the development of these projects sum up, the fourth chapter of foreign capital into real estate because the macro and micro level analysis, Chapter foreigninto the impact of China's real estate development, from both positive and negative aspects of the analysis.Chapter VI, the negative impact of foreign investment because of, VII, foreign investment foreign real estate management experience and our countermeasures.
