Objective:Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 89 cases of advanced lung cancer patients, this study is to find the different evolution syndrome of the advanced lung cancer patients cured by Chinese medicine and chemotherapy..At the same time, the other concern issues of lung cancer such as a high incidence of age, comorbidity, the relationship between syndrome-differentiation of TCM and blood index, the correlation with smoking and pathological types of lung cancer and the differences of these pathological types in terms of metastatic sites. are also explored., which was designed to provide a reference for clinical research of TCM.Methods:According to the uniform designed "the Questionnaire of Retrospective Study of Lung Cancer ", the study searched for hospital medical records and records of related clinical information, including:①general information②The clinical manifestations and the treatment of lung cancer cases.According to whether had the experience of chemotherapy divided the cases into two groups. The group Undergo chemotherapy is the chemotherapy group (which can be complemented by a Chinese medical treatment but nor adiotherapy, surgery,or targeted therapy). To chemotherapy group, Investigating the changed symptom before and during radiotherapy.,up to 5 cycle. To non-chemotherapy group, investigat ing changes in their symptoms, up to 5 times. According to the medical records about symptoms, prescriptions and the performance after using the prescription, considering them comprehensively and finally determining the changes in symptoms③the related laboratory tests④the type and times of infections. In hospital After. analyzing and summarizing the above information, drawing conclusions and using of statistical software to check whether the meaning is universal.Results:①The mean age of 89 cases of advanced lung cancer patients was 64.49±1.17 years. The 61-70 age group had the largest incidence,.a total of 31 cases, the proportion of the total number of cases of is 34.83%②IN the89 cases of lung cancer, men is 54 cases, females is 35 cases, male to female ratio was 1.46; in 47 death cases, male mortality rate was 55.55% (30/54),female mortality rate is 31.48%(17/35), sex ratio is 1.76.③The death patients is more common in the above 51 years age group, more older, the more number of death cases④For the survival of adenocarcinoma, the most cases in chemotherapy patients is between 1-2 years, the proportion in the total death cases is 14.89%. the most cases in pure Chinese medicine treatment group is≤1 year. the proportion in the total death cases is 12.77%. The difference insurvival between the two groups had statistically significant⑤significantly, more patients with squamous cell carcinoma were insmokers and there is no significant difference in cases between non-smoking patients and smoking patient with adenocarcinoma.⑥adenocarcinoma is most vulnerable to bone metastases and then to Mediastinal lymph. To squamous cell carcinoma, the incidence of metastasis in various organs ie the lower. small cell lung cancer mainly metastasis to liver (37.5%) bone (25%) and brain (6.25%)⑦comparision of the symptoms of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy History and those without chemotherapy History:the former had more Blood deficiency syndrome and Heat toxin syndrome. The later had more Yang Deficiency syndrome⑧comparison of the symptoms of lung cancer patients with Pure Chinese medicine treatment and non-pure Chinese medicine treatment:the latter had relatively high proportion inBlood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, and blood deficiency syndrome.⑨To the lung cancer patients of Pure Chinese medicine treatment, its disease location has always been with lungs, spleen at the core, and gradually involving the liver, kidney and heart. The evolution of deficiency is Qi deficiency, Qi and Yin Deficiency, Qi and Yin deficiency both the main with some Yang deficiency, Qi and Yang deficiency both the main with some Yin deficiencys, qi yin and yang all deficiency The evolution of sthenia syndrome is Phlegm, phlegm and blood stasis, dampness and phlegm and blood stasis coexist⑩with the treatment cycle increasing, the first lesions organs of lung cancer patients with Chemotherapy is lung, spleen, lung and spleen. Then were fol lowed by the liver, kidney, heart. The evolution of deficiency is Qi and Yin Deficiency, qi yin and yang all deficiency. The main sthenia syndrome are cold dampness syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, damp heat syndrome and phlegm syndrome. with the increasing cycle of chemotherapy, the proportion of damp heat syndrome increasing and. phlegm syndrome decreasing.(11) The higher the number of D-dimer, is the greater the likelihood of Blood Stasis Syndrome.(12) patients with Chemotherapy cost on average 68,177 per year in hospital, and pat ients with Chinese medicine cost on average 35,340 yuan per year in hospi tal, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: By the impact of chemotherapy the Patients of advanced lung cancer have more blood deficiency syndrome and heat toxicity syndrome. By the impact of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, surgery, radiofrequency ablation and other therapeutic, yin deficiency syndrome., blood deficiency syndrome., blood stasis syndrome. may be correspondingly increased. the disease-bit transmission of lung cancer patients with Pure Chinese medicine treatment is the lung, spleen, liver, kidney, heart, consistent with the law of inter promotion and inhibition of five elements. Deficiency syndrome begin with Qi, subsequently developping to Yin and finally developping to yang. sthenia syndrome begin with phlegm developping to phlegm and blood stasis and finally developping to to the cold dampness and phlegm and blood stasis coexist, The evolution of the basic syndrome reflects the natural progression of lung cancer cases. Affected by chemotherapy, lung cancer patients had obviously splenic dysfunction. deficiency syndrome develop, from Qi and Yin deficiency to Qi and yin and Yang all deficiency. Its characterized is high starting point and simply change process, which. reflected the absolute power of influence of chemotherapy drugs. In terms of sthenia syndrome, with the increase of cycle of chemotherapy, the syndrome of dampness-heat is decreasing while syndrome of phlegm-dampness is increasing., which eflect the nature of heat. toxicity of the chemotherapy drugs to a certain extent...
