Research Of Syndrome Evolution In Chronic Renal Failure Based On The Principle Of Syndrome Elements’ Differentiation

Objective:To research the Syndrome evolution in Chronic Renal Failure(short for CRF) of Fujian patients,this research studies base on Syndrome Elements Differentiation principle,who studies Symptom Complex through determining the locations and natures of diseases,namely element of Symptom Complex.Methods:This study collects141cases,which divided into4groups(CKD2-CKD5),and takes Ridit analysis for research.Taking the stage withou renal inadequacy(called CKD1) as the control subject,it studies the locations and natures of diseases by collectivity,and compares each Elements one stage by one stage to makesure its evolution. It also observes the distribution of sex,age,primary disease and the relationship between them and the stage of CRF.Results:1.Age has a positive correlation with CKD stages;2. Primary disease:The main pri-mary disease of CRF is Chronic Glomerulonephritis,secondly by Diabetic Nephropathy(DN) and Hypertention Nephritis;3.As a whole,the main locations of deseases are Kidney,Spleen,Liver, Stomach and Lung,the main natures of diseases are Qi Dificiency,Yang Dificiency,Pathogenic Dampness,Blood Dificiency,Yin Dificiency,Sputum,Qi Stagnation,and there are significant differences between each Syndrome elements.4.To compare in general,the score trend of each elements is increase, whereas only Liver,Blood Dificiency,Yin Dificiency,Pathogenic Heat and Deficiency of Essential Qi show significant statistical differences(P<0.01or P<0.05).Conclusions:Sex and age can be risk factors of CRF.Chronic Glomerulonephritis is mainly primary disease of CRF,which is followed by DN.CRF progress slowiy as a whole.It main locations of deseases are Kidney and Spleen, involve many Zang Fu Visceras,such as Liver,Lung, Exterior,Heart,Meridians,Tendons and Bones.And its natures of diseases is Intermingled Deficiency and Excess,which mostly sign as Asthenia Syndrome,and locations and natures of diseases react upon each other.The Pathogenesis of CRF is accordant,that is:ruin of Spleen and Kidney,Qi Blood Yin Yang concurrent deficiency, Dampness Heat goes with Blood Stasis blocking,toxin accumulating,and disorder of Qi Movement,who result in Pathogenic Factors Invading Collaterals,subminiature Lumps stay in vivo when it enter the last stage.Ngravescence is the whole regularity,which firstly Characterized by Dampness and Deficiency Symptom Complex,secondly by aggravation of Asthenia Sthenia Symptom Complex,finally by ruin of Spleen and Kidney, Asthenia Sthenia Symptom Complex being the most serious one. The results suggest that syndromes of Deficiency and Excess are salient and intricate.It shows that we shoud treat disease base on Kidney Tonify Therapy,Reinforcing Reducing Concurrent,protecting Vital Qi,and removing Resolving Masses and subminiature Lumps.
