Chest Coronary Angiography In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Of Tcm Designate Points Of The Study

Objectives:This paper discusses TCM syndrome type and coronary heart disease (CHD) between coronary angiography results, so as to provide new basis for differentiation level.Methods:(1)In Beijing university of Chinese medicine hospital and Oriental hospital heart medicine had coronary angiography revealed the material complete 160 patients for research object.For patients before TCM symptoms and pulse observation tongue,and on the basis of the TCM differentiation standard of coronary syndrome differentiations TCM;the general situation and record the patient(include age, gender, blood pressure, blood fat, etc.);(2)Using Judkins law do coronary angiography revealed,and by trained,personnel,To do in patients with coronary artery angiography within 48 hours after TCM the four diagnostic, collect patients and chemical information and related laboratory examination, Complete cases observation table.(3)Statistical methods:SPSS17.0 statistical software used statistical analysis, measuring material using t-test or variance analysis,counting material adopts a chi-square test, Grade material using rank and inspection.Results:(1) Coronary heart disease risk factors:gender in coronary heart disease and not between CHD group was statistically significant in coronary heart disease, hypertension between groups with the coronary heart disease, and found a statistically significant correlations of diabetes and coronary artery disease; (2) Coronary syndromes distribution: coronary heart disease by syndromes blood stasis syndrome (95%) and deficiency syndrome (88%) most see more, secondly is phlegmy turbidity card (75%), Yin deficiency syndrome (35%), qi stag. card (2.4%),and less HanNing card (1.6%). After a chi-square test, coronary heart disease with the group of blood stasis CHD group, deficiency syndrome, sputum turbidity certificate, qi stagnancy and card, Yin deficiency syndrome and HanNing card was not statistically significant. (3) Combination of coronary syndromes coronary syndromes characteristics:combine to 3 card combination most common (41%), followed by two card combination (29%) and four card combination (28%), coronary heart disease syndrome assorted change rule and blood stasis for:for basic syndromes combination.Conclusion:(1) The basic pathogenesis is coronary heart disease. (2) Blood stasis, deficiency syndrome, sputum turbidity certificate, Yin deficiency syndrome is a syndrome factor of coronary artery disease, appear blood stasis, deficiency syndrome, sputum turbidity certificate, Yin deficiency certificate more prone to coronary heart disease. (3) Blood stasis, deficiency syndrome, sputum turbidity certificate, qi stagnancy and certificate and degree of coronary lesions was statistically significant. Blood stasis syndrome tend to multivessel disease.
